PSQUARE will retain any Personal Data received while delivering the PSQUARE Services to our customers for as long as (i) instructed by the customers or as otherwise mutually agreed upon, (ii) necessary to provide the PSQUARE Services to the customers, and (iii) required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
