Access to Personal Data Controlled by PSQUARE’s Customers

Any individual seeking access to, or corrections, amendments, or deletions of inaccurate Personal Data should direct their requests to the respective PSQUARE customer. In the event that the customer requests PSQUARE to rectify, amend, or delete data within PSQUARE’s possession or control, we will respond promptly to such requests.

Retention of Personal Data

PSQUARE will retain any Personal Data received while delivering the PSQUARE Services to our customers for as long as (i) instructed by the customers or as otherwise mutually agreed upon, (ii) necessary to provide the PSQUARE Services to the customers, and (iii) required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
